Piliers de la production industrielle, ces centres d\u2019usinage polyvalents sont configur\u00e9s pour <strong>fabriquer plus vite, mieux, et dans la mesure possible en une seule \u00ab\u00a0prise\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0! <\/strong>A ce titre, l\u2019utilisation de t\u00eates d\u2019usinage multiples est certes incontournable pour la fabrication d\u2019une m\u00eame pi\u00e8ce \u2026 mais <strong>la gestion de ces accessoires se r\u00e9v\u00e8le tr\u00e8s complexe<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En effet, la programmation doit en orchestrer le ballet avec rigueur et pr\u00e9cision, afin de combiner et optimiser les diff\u00e9rentes op\u00e9rations, avec en arri\u00e8re-plan <strong>la course \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9<\/strong>. Pas \u00e9vident alors de faire la chasse aux temps morts tout en maintenant un niveau de performance \u00e9lev\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit par exemple des ch\u00e2ssis m\u00e9cano soud\u00e9s des b\u00e2tis de pelleteuse ou des machines-outils, mais \u00e9galement de grandes pi\u00e8ces de fonderie -comme les b\u00e2tis de pi\u00e8ces d\u2019emboutissage- ou de chaudronnerie. Pour \u00eatre r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9s et usin\u00e9s, <strong>ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessitent des Machines Outils \u00e0 Commande Num\u00e9rique (MOCN) de forte capacit\u00e9<\/strong>, qui peuvent atteindre des dizaines de m\u00e8tres.\u00a0 On pense par exemple aux al\u00e9seuses fraiseuses \u00e0 montant mobile, dot\u00e9es de la technologie Speedram chez PAMA ou aux al\u00e9seuses fraiseuses horizontales Giddings and Lewis de FIVES, ou encore celles ultra pr\u00e9cises pour les secteurs de la m\u00e9canique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ou moulage produites par FPT industries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La principale probl\u00e9matique r\u00e9side dans la manipulation de ces grandes pi\u00e8ces<\/strong>, qui est complexe et demande, de quelques heures \u00e0 quelques jours d\u2019ajustement.
