Mais la notion de complexit\u00e9 d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce ne d\u00e9pend pas que de sa forme\u00a0ou de sa taille. Le fichier CAO de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 concevoir doit en premier lieu \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9, et les tol\u00e9rances ajust\u00e9es. Il convient bien \u00e9videmment de choisir la machine et les outils adapt\u00e9s au r\u00e9sultat attendu et si possible de passer par une \u00e9tape de simulation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Analyse pr\u00e9liminaire<\/h3>\n<p>Avant de lancer l\u2019\u00e9tape de fabrication, toute pi\u00e8ce doit \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. V\u00e9rifier dans un premier temps qu\u2019il s\u2019agit de la bonne pi\u00e8ce et de la bonne version du fichier.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Gestion des tol\u00e9rances<\/h3>\n<p>Pour qu\u2019un mod\u00e8le CAO complexe soit usinable, il demande souvent d\u2019\u00eatre modifi\u00e9. En effet, dans la plupart des situations les mod\u00e8les CAO sont dessin\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des c\u00f4tes nominales. Cependant, les op\u00e9rations de fabrication et d\u2019usinage imposent des tol\u00e9rances qui devront \u00eatre ajust\u00e9es sur ces fichiers CAO. Si vous utilisez un logiciel de CFAO, pensez donc \u00e0 sa capacit\u00e9 de modification des c\u00f4tes \u00e0 post\u00e9riori.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Le choix des machines et des outils coupants<\/h3>\n<p>Toutes les machines ne sont pas \u00e9quivalentes. Le choix de la machine ad\u00e9quate d\u00e9pend de nombreux param\u00e8tres\u00a0: forme de la pi\u00e8ce, dimension, mati\u00e8re\u2026 De m\u00eame, il existe une multitude d\u2019outils coupants d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019usinage des pi\u00e8ces complexes. Leur forme d\u00e9pend des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries \u00e0 percer, tourner ou fraiser et la mati\u00e8re qui les constitue est choisie en fonction du mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 usiner ainsi que des param\u00e8tres cin\u00e9matiques. Le choix des machines et outils va donc fortement conditionner le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019usinage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Passer par une \u00e9tape de simulation avant de lancer la fabrication<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019usinage de pi\u00e8ces complexes est co\u00fbteux, il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019\u00e9viter de rater les premi\u00e8res pi\u00e8ces et de s\u2019affranchir de nombreuses reprises d\u2019usinage.
