On pense aux pi\u00e8ces tr\u00e8s encombrantes, \u00e0 celles n\u00e9cessitant plusieurs t\u00eates d\u2019usinage ou de nombreuses trajectoires, ou encore pr\u00e9sentant des zones difficilement accessibles, \u2026 \u00a0De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, <strong>les param\u00e8tres \u00e0 prendre en compte pour la mise au point des trajectoires d\u2019usinage sont nombreux<\/strong>\u00a0: l\u2019environnement machine, les contraintes cin\u00e9matiques et g\u00e9om\u00e9triques de la pi\u00e8ce, la gestion des tol\u00e9rances, les risques d\u2019\u00e9chauffement, et les caract\u00e9ristiques des outils coupants. <strong>L\u2019enjeu consiste alors \u00e0 pouvoir contr\u00f4ler et coordonner les op\u00e9rations et les trajectoires d\u2019usinage sur l\u2019ensemble du processus de fabrication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A ce titre, on observe depuis quelques temps la mise en \u0153uvre de <strong>nouvelles strat\u00e9gies d\u2019usinage assist\u00e9 par ordinateur, associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des outils coupants<\/strong> tels que les fraises en carbure monobloc, et qui offrent donc de meilleures possibilit\u00e9s pour optimiser les trajectoires. <strong>On parle ici de fraisage dynamique ou d\u2019\u00e9bauche avanc\u00e9e<\/strong>. La particularit\u00e9 de ce type d\u2019usinage consiste \u00e0 <strong>enlever la mati\u00e8re de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne<\/strong>, m\u00eame en g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe. C\u2019est le cas par exemple d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce n\u00e9cessitant un enl\u00e8vement de mati\u00e8re important mais pr\u00e9sentant une paroi fine. Les mat\u00e9riaux durs comme le titane ou exotiques entrent \u00e9galement dans le champ d\u2019application de cette technique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le ma\u00eetre mot\u00a0: la constance\u00a0! <\/strong>\u00a0En effet, le principe consiste d\u2019une part \u00e0 programmer la trajectoire pour que l\u2019angle de contact entre l\u2019outil (qui sera utilis\u00e9 sur toute sa longueur) et la mati\u00e8re ne varie pas, mais \u00e9galement pour que la pression exerc\u00e9e sur l\u2019outil soit toujours la m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<h3>Programmes d\u2019usinage\u00a0: quels avantages par rapport \u00e0 un usinage traditionnel\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9paisseur des copeaux d\u2019entre-passe est consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite<\/li>\n<li>La profondeur de passe (de coupe) est plus importante<\/li>\n<li>La vitesse d\u2019avance \u00e0 la dent augmente en cons\u00e9quence<\/li>\n<li>La charge thermique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le frottement est donc moindre et la chaleur mieux \u00e9vacu\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La pi\u00e8ce ne subit aucune d\u00e9formation et les gains de temps d\u2019usinage sont colossaux\u00a0<\/strong>: ils sont en effet estim\u00e9s entre 30% et 70%. De plus, les machines et les outils sont pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s plus longtemps. La productivit\u00e9 est dans tous les cas la grande gagnante.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci \u00e9tant pos\u00e9, il est <strong>difficile de mesurer la pertinence d\u2019un choix de strat\u00e9gie d\u2019usinage par rapport \u00e0 une probl\u00e9matique donn\u00e9e<\/strong>.
